Baseball and legendary locomotives arrive in Omaha.
At Union Pacific's Home Plate, railroad and baseball fans from across the country will have a chance to see history on display just 150 feet from Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Throughout the college baseball championship event in Omaha, Union Pacific locomotives and a fleet of historic Heritage cars will be parked near the very site where the transcontinental railroad began.
UP also will be hosting a number of guest receptions in the private area of Union Pacific's Home Plate with our Heritage Fleet of historical passenger railcars. Guests for these functions should refer to their invitations for specifics about the event they are attending.
